The first model I received from Let's Talk.com was unpredictable, did not want to restart, had to call to reboot 2-3 times, plus getting a replacement was more trouble than it was worth. After I called Sprint, they assisted me quickly and efficiently.

This phone is not one of LG's better phones. It's design is very plain. Call quality is not good at all. Battery life is way under average for even the cheapest android phones. It would not suggest buying this phone at all.

This phone has completely quit running on me twice in the past month, the touchscreen is difficult to manage, and my home area of Hinckley,MN. has little to NO coverage, even in roam.

The phone works but had problems with wifi and found that your day Customer services was not very helpful been with sprint for several years and tried let's talk just for the marque and could not get a replacement unless I paid full price or did without a phone for God knows how long. I have learned my lesson and will keep sprint but have to say goodbye to you guys at let's talk

The phone freezes on me all the time. Even while I am having a conversation with someone! Worst phone I have ever had!!!!

Very nice phone, sent it back only because it has no HDMI port. Other than that it is very, very nice!!!!!
